has evolved as a result of his education, research and “hands on” experience delivering consulting services. His work includes supporting some of
America’s best known companies as an advisor, coach and trainer, including many of the Fortune 500 and smaller organizations in transition. A former Big 4 consultant, his consulting and advisory experience crosses a wide spectrum of industries and assignments both domestic and international

Eric’s education includes an MBA and a Doctorate in Business Administration. His doctoral dissertation Professional Service Quality: Strategic Implications Affecting the Competitiveness of Consulting Firms was one of the first applications of contemporary service quality theory to the consulting
industry. Excerpts of this work has been published in numerous industry, technical and consulting-centered magazines and periodicals. He has been
recognized by the American Marketing Federation for excellence in copywrite and the Practical Innovation Award for methodology development.
